1950’s Black Jackie O Dress

We often contemplate finding a new little black dress, but then we come across a dress so well made and so damn flattering, you suddenly leave the cosmos of the “what if’s”. Black IS the new black, and we like it that way. You slip this on and in an instant you own glamour. You have stature and status. It’s all in how you walk. A very Jackie O'esque dress, this one is made of silk grosgrain. A very wide pleated neck with six large buttons for a dramatic appeal and two ties in case you want to appear super feminine with a bow. White chunky pearls or an exaggerated rhinestone collar will go just right. This dress apparently had a belt back in its day; however, we figured your runway alter-ego could come up with something for the midsection. No original size label.
